Old Bear Knife (No. G1060). Unfailingly useful, trusty and solid, it’s handmade by the 93-year-old A.E. Coltellerie in Maniago, Italy, where knife crafting dates back to the 14th century. The stone-sharpened Aisi 420 stainless-steel blade (old bear-embellished) tucks into an olivewood handle, joined by a beefy brass bolster. A patented locking ring braces the blade easily and securely in the open or closed position. 4 3/4”L closed.
