Tamarack Twill Shirt
Product Details
The Cure All.
There are worse ways to spend a fall or early-winter day than catching a glimpse of one of the few (I think, I'm not an arborist) conifers that actually changes its color in the fall and loses its needles—the tamarack.
Also tough as nails. Sturdy. Stands up to the cold (-85° F to be exact). The Algonquins made snowshoes out of the wood, tea from the needles. So rot resistant that loggers and explorers use the trunks to make corduroy roads (a fancy way of throwing a bunch of logs into a mud pit in order to make it serviceable).
Our Tamarack Twill Shirt (No. G1118) has that gutsy DNA. Rough loomed and yarn-dyed pure cotton. Rugged yet soft-washed for an exceptional feel. Keeps you warm and comfortable, and won't fray at the first thorn. Two simple patch pockets, side-gussied detailing. Rustic plaid pattern. Finley-tailored. Made in India.
