Teddy Girls.

There probably isn’t an East End London bomb site to stand on like there was in the 1950s, when Teddy Girls had their brief fifteen minutes of fame via photographer Ken Russell.

They dressed in blazers and suits and other Edwardian men’s clothing. They dated Teddy Boys, had “attitude by the truckload,” and wore clothes that covered a “multitude of sins…”

This blazer tips its cap to that Teddy style and bravado; it’s all the attitude and elegance minus the sins and rationing.

There’s a posh sensibility but also a looseness, a freedom. Not slouchy. Just unencumbered. A tinge radical.

They’ll let you into the swankiest of establishments (how could they not). But you might cause a few problems.

Self tie Wool Blazer

This is a beautiful addition to any wardrobe. It is a structured piece but with a soft closure making it very feminine. I am highly recommending it.
Perfect for year round use. I ordered the navy and am considering ordering the camel.
