Returns & Exchanges Policy
Choose from one of two easy options to start your return for items purchased on JPeterman.com.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your JPeterman.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice, within 30 days of order shipment date.
- Customers may return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- Watches and Fine Jewelry must be returned in pristine condition, with all original tags, stickers, and protective materials intact.
- Please allow up to 10–14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to make an exchange, you may do so as long as it’s for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.
- Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for the original item.
- Exchanged item(s) must be received within 30 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
EXCLUSIONS
The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
- Gift Cards or Gift Certificate
- Gift Boxes
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Final Sale merchandise
GIFT RETURNS
Gift returns can be initiated online using the order number and email address, both of which can be found on the original packing slip.
Gift recipients will receive a virtual gift card for the return value, redeemable at JPeterman.com.
Items must follow our general return guidelines (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and not marked Final Sale).
