Refund policy

At this time, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item, including all Trunk Sale merchandise.

Many of these pieces are one of a kind or the last of their run. When they’re gone, they’re gone. Please review sizes, colors and descriptions carefully before ordering.

If something arrives wrong. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the item.

Order changes and cancellations. Orders are packed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. We’ll do our best, but once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
