Shipping policy

Flat $8 shipping on every order. One item or ten, shipping is $8.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How it ships. Orders ship from our warehouse in Nicholasville, Kentucky, by USPS Ground Advantage.

When it ships. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Most packages arrive 2–5 business days after that. During busy periods, please allow a little extra time.

Tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package once it has shipped. If one comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
